Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience.
- Experience in staff and asset management.
- Bilingualism: English (verbal and written) required.
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales by directing team members to provide prompt, courteous service.
- Solicit orders and represent company policies while selling products.
- Supervise the work of all team members.
- Assist District Manager in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating staff under supervision.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pricing to set appropriate pricing for installers and walk-in customers.
- Schedule staffing to ensure optimal customer service and profitability.
- Provide training and complete performance evaluations for team members.
