Job summary

FGF Brands in Canada seeks a senior sales leader to drive foodservice growth across the region. You will build strategy, lead broker partners, and expand distribution to strengthen market position.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales leadership within Foodservice, strong strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate across marketing and internal teams to achieve revenue goals. Travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Foodservice distribution.
• Proven leadership and team motivation.
• Strong strategic vision and analytical skills.
• Experience presenting to regional executives.
• Ability to build alliances with marketing and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to drive volume and profitability through increased account penetration and promotion within distribution partners.
• Lead broker partner team to drive incremental sales in the region.
• Identify new product opportunities within the FGF product line.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive foodservice marketing strategies.
• Manage promotional spend planning and tracking with key customers.
• Broaden distribution within Foodservice channels and pursue new Points of Distribution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
• Work with broker team on major GPO initiatives and compliance.
• Participate in customer food shows as required.
