The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a reliable vehicle for 80% travel across Ontario. This full-time role is on-site with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers.
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proven sales track record with ability to meet quotas.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Experience providing distribution solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to travel in Ontario about 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and margins within the designated territory by expanding business with new and existing customers.
• Develop individualized sales plans and promotional strategies for product lines.
• Identify and pursue a constant pipeline of potential customers to meet quotas.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Relations, Procurement, AR, and Category Management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Support management of credits and accounts receivable.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategy to meet revenue goals.
