Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a senior leader to drive growth in Canada’s Foodservice Distribution network. You will lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue goals for the assigned region, influencing long-term strategy and building key operator relationships across major Foodservice channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with and/or a passion for Value Added Branded Food products.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales/sales experience in the Foodservice distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams with inspirational leadership.
• Proven track record of presenting to regional executives in distribution.
• Strong strategic vision and analytical skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to drive volume and profitability through increased account penetration and promotion within distribution partners.
• Lead broker partner team within assigned region to drive incremental sales and grow foodservice distribution.
• Identify new product opportunities and applications to penetrate strategic customer segments with the FGF product line.
• Collaborate with internal teams on foodservice marketing strategies and initiatives to profitably build the business.
• Plan and track promotional spend to maximize relationships and contractual agreements with key customers.
• Expand distribution within the Foodservice channel and open new Points of Distribution for FGF Brand penetration.
• Maintain and grow relationships within existing customer accounts and channels.
• Work with broker partner team on major GPO initiatives including compliance and new product placements.
• Represent the company at customer food shows as required.
