Job summary

Gescan is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales and margin objectives within our Western Canada region. You will coach direct reports, develop strategic plans, and ensure profitable growth across all branches in Edmonton or Calgary.

You will manage pricing, collaborate with Branch and District Managers, forecast sales, and provide budgeting insights while traveling up to 50% to support client relationships and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of related experience in distribution.
• 3–5 years of management experience.
• College/University Diploma in Business or related field.
• Sales/Marketing courses are an asset; strong industry knowledge required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and achieve regional sales and margin objectives within the assigned region.
• Coach and develop direct reports and drive performance.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and branch budget plans in line with corporate goals.
• Own full P&L responsibility for the region and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Present to key clients in coordination with Branch/District Managers; negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain pricing integrity and oversee regional pricing structures.
