You will oversee daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and build strong customer relationships while coaching staff and guiding strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration with operations, sales, and management to achieve branch objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College/University Diploma (Business, Sales & Marketing or Technical focus preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Providing guidance, direction and monitoring of internal staff toward common goals.
• Ensuring staff training is up-to-date and meets requirements.
• Growing sales by coaching and motivating sales and support teams.
• Maintaining inventory levels at optimum.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction per Branch Operational Scorecard.
• Participating in and representing the branch in customer calls and industry community.
