Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Sales Coordinator in Canada to serve as the key liaison between customers and the outside sales team. You will drive business outcomes, manage consignments in Salesforce, and coordinate internal resources for exceptional customer service.

The role involves travel within Canada and up to 20% in US regions, working both indoors and outdoors, with on-site duties at a regional auction site as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in Sales or Customer support or inside sales experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside & outside of the company.
• Proficiency with general office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with a customer management system (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team and customers and handle administrative tasks related to consignments.
• Assist customer & the sales team in resolving issues during the consignment to cash process.
• Create opportunities and contracts and manage assets in the internal customer management system (Salesforce).
• Collect contract information and manage documents.
• Review information in sales and online databases to ensure equipment listings are up to date.
• Coordinate and direct internal resources to meet customer objectives and ensure excellent levels of service.
