Job summary

Samsung Electronics Canada is seeking a Regional Accounts role to drive revenue and cultivate multi-level relationships across assigned accounts. You will develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline that meets customer requirements while communicating Samsung's vision to partners.

The role requires knowledge of Consumer Electronics trends, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with Marketing to maximize sales across regional accounts.

Qualifications

• College or University education (Bachelor's) preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to relationship sell within the given territory.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple opportunities in a changing CE industry.
• Ability to close new business within a territory with minimal management intervention.

Responsibilities

• Building sales growth for Regional Accounts.
• Meet regularly with customers to communicate Samsung's vision.
• Develop an opportunity pipeline to meet customer requirements.
• Review and revise plans monthly with Samsung Marketing to maximize sales.
• Plan SKU listings, targets, budgets, advertising, promotions, etc.
• Gather weekly product forecast by model by dealer and align inventory with promotions.
• Reduce account friction via calendar/promotion/SKU scheduling.
• Control territory expenses and provide in-store support including training.
• Collaborate on joint business planning, brand management, and retail execution.
• Complete required certifications mandated by HQ.
