Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking an Account Manager to drive positive sales growth for a designated geography, handling about 40–45 accounts with roughly $2M in annual revenue. You will use Salesforce for daily activities and report to the District Sales Manager.

The territory includes Gatineau, Northern Quebec, and Ottawa. Role requires 2+ years of outside sales or equivalent, travel at least monthly, and a background in sales forecasting and customer planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct outside sales experience or equivalent inside sales/marketing experience.
• Travel to each customer within aligned market at least once per month.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and respond to evolving needs.
• Demonstrate market data knowledge and access to resources.
• Oversee inventory management support to grow customer understanding and sales.
• Explain Grainger's value proposition and provide profitable solutions.
• Develop account penetration plans including regular business reviews.
