Placements24, a leading recruitment consultancy, seeks a Recruitment Manager in a fully remote setup to oversee a growing team and drive strategic hiring initiatives across clients in the Northern Cape region.

You will lead recruitment operations, mentor consultants, develop talent, foster client relationships, and contribute to new business development while monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with labor standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in recruitment with at least 3 in management.
• Strong strategic recruitment experience and market awareness.

About the Role

Our client, a progressive Recruitment Consultancy located in Kimberley , is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager . This leadership position will involve overseeing the operations of the recruitment team, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to a growing client base. You will be responsible for managing performance, developing talent within the team, and contributing to the business development of the consultancy in the Northern Cape region. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong track record in recruitment management and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants and sourcers.
