How you will make an impact:

Proactively source engineering and technical professionals through outreach, networking, referrals, targeted recruitment campaigns, and compelling job postingsConduct thoughtful, high-impact interviews and align candidates to opportunities that match their skills and career goalsPrepare strong candidate submissions while guiding candidates through interview preparation, client interviews, and debrief discussionsManage end-to-end order fulfilment with accuracy and urgency to meet client needsMaintain timely, high-quality data within the applicant tracking system to support recruitment activitiesComplete reference checks and support candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless experience
