Job summary

Agilus Work Solutions in Calgary is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a 3-month contract to support high-volume and specialized hiring across technical, operational, engineering, and corporate roles. You’ll partner with business leaders, source diverse candidates, and manage the full lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, skilled trades, or corporate positions.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities.
• Experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
