Overview

  • Experience managing a complex recruiting portfolio across multiple business lines
  • Strong relationship management skills with senior executives
  • High business acumen and organizational savvy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)
  • Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Knowledge of diversity strategy implementation
