Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading group recreation activities.
• Ability to observe participation and update plans of care.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and run daily recreation and leisure activities in home and community.
• Observe and document changes in residents’ ability to participate; update plan of care.
• Support departments to foster resident engagement and wellbeing.
• Lead programs and participate in ongoing quality improvement processes.
