Job summary

Pfaff Subaru in Guelph, Ontario, is hiring a part-time seasonal Receptionist to greet guests, route calls, and provide information at the dealership. You’ll report to the Sales Manager and work onsite during varying schedules.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with prior receptionist or admin experience preferred. Valid driver's license is required for in-province travel if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Experience with licensing, CDK, and 180 is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record in your province of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the respective parties.
• Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to act as a resource for incoming callers requesting information.
• Answer customer questions about services performed or refer them to someone who can.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.

We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team at Pfaff Subaru - a dealership that has been recognized as a "Best Dealership to Work" for 4 consecutive years!

You will report to the Sales Manager and work with the team onsite within the dealership.

This is a seasonal part-time position.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and visitors, ensuring optimum customer service.

What You'll Bring

Compensation: $19.57/hour
