Job summary

Pfaff Subaru in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a customer service oriented Service Advisor to join our passionate team. The role involves assisting customers, scheduling service, creating work orders, and providing quotes while maintaining excellent communication and customer satisfaction.

We offer competitive compensation with a potential $65,000–$98,000 in earnings, including performance-based bonuses, plus health benefits and growth opportunities within the Pfaff Automotive Partners network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as Service Advisor in automotive field.
• CDK software experience.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Proficient with computer environments including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook; excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.
• Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.
• Schedules service appointments.
• Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.
• Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.
• Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.
• Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.
• Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
