Job summary

Capital GMC Buick Cadillac Regina is seeking a Quick Lube Service Advisor who will be the first point of contact for guests seeking oil changes and preventive maintenance. You will educate guests on vehicle care, prepare repair orders with estimates, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced auto shop. Prior automotive service exposure is a plus, and training is available.

The Quick Lube Service Advisor is the first point of contact for guests coming in for oil changes, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression
• Educate and assist guests with recommended maintenance for their vehicles
• Create accurate repair orders for routine preventative maintenance, including cost and time estimates
• Review completed work with guests and process payments
• Ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience

• Previous automotive service experience is an asset, but not required, we’re willing to train the right candidate!
