Job summary

Aerotek in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to validate parts against engineering drawings and the Quality Management System, and to record non-conformances. You will perform visual inspections using calipers, interpret blueprints, and support continuous improvement across quality departments.

This contract role involves safety-minded work on-site with a three-shift rotation and the ability to lift up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in quality control manufacturing inspection.

Work Environment

The culture focuses on continuous improvement, with inspectors playing a key role in identifying defects, verifying compliance with specifications, and supporting process enhancements. The position operates across three shifts: day shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), and night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), with paid lunches and pay based on a 40‑hour workweek. There is potential to work overtime, particularly on weekends, depending on operational needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
