  • Familiarity with automotive quality inspection processes and standards.
  • Ability to occasionally lift items up to 20 kg safely.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and consistency in performing inspections.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with quality teams and other departments.

Work Environment

The culture focuses on continuous improvement, with inspectors playing a key role in identifying defects, verifying compliance with specifications, and supporting process enhancements. The position operates across three shifts: day shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.), and night shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), with paid lunches and pay based on a 40‑hour workweek. There is potential to work overtime, particularly on weekends, depending on operational needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
