Job Title: Production Operator

Shifts: overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + 12% shift premium = $21.84/hour

Contract: Initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension

Location: Nepean, Ottawa

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense and add raw materials into the manufacturing process according to established procedures and specifications.


• Operate and monitor production equipment within a clean room environment.


• Use computerized systems to track production orders, inventory, and daily performance metrics (KPIs).


• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety protocols.


• Complete production documentation accurately and maintain detailed records.


• Support production line operations to ensure efficiency and product quality.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with clean room requirements.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically active work for 8-hour shifts.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling materials and operating equipment.


• Comfortable using computer systems for production tracking and documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nepean, ON.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
