A recruitment agency based in Canada is seeking a Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in property management and be adept at handling tenant relations and property operations. Responsibilities include overseeing inspections, repairs, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. This role offers a salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, along with additional benefits such as 3 weeks of vacation and full health benefits.
