SHOWING AGENT - RENTAL PROPERTY SPECIALIST

Location: Edmonton & Surrounding Areas

Compensation: Commission-Based ($1,900 - $4,500/month on average)

Are you great at reading people and making strong first impressions? Do you have a natural ability to ask the right questions and assess potential tenants effectively? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re looking for a personable and intuitive Showing Agent to handle rental property inquiries, book and conduct showings, and help secure quality tenants for our properties. You’ll play a key role in making sure we rent to responsible, reliable individuals by identifying strong applicants and filtering out potential issues before they arise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential tenants (leads provided).
  • Schedule and conduct showings across the city and surrounding areas (primarily evenings and weekends).
  • Ensure property advertisements remain accurate and up to date (no ad creation or payments required).
  • Explain the application process and guide tenants through securing a lease.
  • Use your people skills to assess potential tenants and help select the best fit.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 20 years old with a valid driver’s license.
