Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Office, Outlook.
  • Must be client-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and renovations.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners.
  • Compile and maintain operating expenses and income records.
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and manage inventory and controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are followed.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Delegate work to office staff and coordinate office services.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Carry out administrative duties of establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

Education

Minimum of a secondary (high school) graduation certificate

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years' administrative experience
