Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years carpentry/general construction/maintenance experience.
• Experience in estimating/quantity survey.
• Valid Class G Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of all units and identify all necessary repairs.
• Establish a database and maintain a report of inspections.
• Work with contractors to complete maintenance requirements.
