Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Administrator (CRE) in Mississauga to manage daily accounts receivable for a Shopping Centre. You will handle invoicing, collections, rent rolls, and month-end reporting in Yardi, delivering accurate results and strong tenant service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience in property management; a college/ university accounting degree is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience
• Knowledge of commercial/office/retail property management would be a definite asset
• Accounting degree ideal but not required
• Experience with Yardi is a definite asset

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of tenant receivables and record transactions in Yardi
• Prepare Tenant Statements of Account and Rental Notices
• Maintain tenant account records and perform reconciliations
• Coordinate tenant reporting and distribution of sales/arrears summaries
• Assist with lease administration and budgeting tasks
