Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Administrator (CRE) in Mississauga to manage daily accounts receivable for a Shopping Centre. You will handle invoicing, collections, rent rolls, and month-end reporting in Yardi, delivering accurate results and strong tenant service.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounts receivable experience in property management; a college/ university accounting degree is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi is preferred.
Property Administrator (CRE)
The Property Administrator will be responsible for handling all aspects of the daily Accounts Receivable functions for a Shopping Centre, related banking functions, month-end and year-end financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Property Administrator will perform at the highest of ethical standards, reflecting the core values of C&W as defined in its Business Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures Manual, and other related company policies.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 52,360.00 - $61,600.00
