A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a property management organization in Toronto. This role involves managing client accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and working with overdue accounts. Candidates should have a strong background in accounts receivable, preferably in property management, and must be comfortable working on-site. Qualifications

• Proven accounts receivable experience, preferably in multi-residential property management.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Landlord/Tenant Board processes is an asset.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.

Responsabilités

• Post new client data and payments ensuring accuracy across ledgers.
• Manage daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers.
• Monitor aged receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
