Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations of our commercial portfolio. You will be the central point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring efficient administrative processes and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with various administrative tasks. This includes answering phones, communicating with tenants, AR/AP monthly reports, filing and copying.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
  • Work with Building Technicians and vendors to compile a list of maintenance items.
  • Prepare internal lease administration documents such as lease abstracts as directed.
  • Partake in lease administration activities including lease set up, lease changes, reporting etc.
  • Submit invoices for payment by inputting them into the accounting system. Forward original invoices to accounting for payment.
  • Engage in rent collection communications and phone contact with tenant where permitted.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

About the Role:

Join CBRE as a Property Administrator and play a key role in delivering exceptional property management services across a dynamic real estate portfolio. In this highly collaborative position, you'll serve as a central point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of commercial properties.
