This Project Manager position plays a pivotal role in aligning strategic initiatives and driving project execution across the Child Development and Community Services portfolio. This role will report in a matrixed structure to both the VP Child Development and Community Services and the Manager of Corporate Project Management and Performance. The successful candidate blends their skills in business analysis project management and cross‑functional leadership skills to drive successful delivery of initiatives that advance key organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) strong presentation and networking abilities and proven success in delivering large cross‑functional projects. Experience working in multidisciplinary healthcare settings is considered an asset.

Ce rôle relèvera dans une structure matricielle à la fois du vice‑président Développement de l'enfant et services communautaires et du gestionnaire Gestion et rendement des projets d'entreprise. La personne retenue allie ses compétences en analyse opérationnelle en gestion de projets et en leadership interfonctionnel pour mener à bien des initiatives qui font progresser les objectifs clés de l'organisation. La personne idéale pour ce poste possèdera une expérience manifeste en gestion de projets d'excellentes compétences en communication (à loral et à l'écrit) de bonnes compétences en présentation et en réseautage ainsi qu'un dossier attestant de la réussite de grands projets interfonctionnels. Une expérience de travail dans des milieux de soins multidisciplinaires constitue un atout.
