As Project Coordinator – Manufacturing Engineering, your responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and supervising the integration of new products into operations, including their transfer to production or between business units.
  • Developing and executing integration plans in collaboration with relevant teams, adhering to deadlines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to transfers, and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Ensuring transferred products comply with manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
  • Documenting and updating manufacturing procedures, tests, bills of materials, and plans as products and processes evolve.
  • Collaborating with R&D, production, quality, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to mass manufacturing.
  • Optimizing product design considering manufacturing constraints.
  • Overseeing the Gates process and ensuring compliance with product development requirements.
  • Monitoring projects using management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Providing technical support to production teams and subcontractors.
  • Analyzing transfer performance and recommending improvements for future projects.
  • Managing and coordinating a project team to achieve deliverables.
  • Ensuring adherence to company security policies and procedures.
  • Participating in continuous improvement of the new product integration process.
