Qualifications

• This role requires accuracy in data transfer between estimating software and ERP.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is expected.
• College diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate ordering/sourcing/material itemization for projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Create shop orders based on approved shop drawings.
• Coordinate quality checks before handover to customer.
• Manage on-time shipping and outsource outbound freight.
• Process purchase order acknowledgements promptly.
• Coordinate with accounting on invoices and contract/change orders.
• Participate in postmortems and improve processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build industry relationships.
• Communicate with general contractor regarding product delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
