Job summary

Metco Installation Services is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support and oversee warehouse racking installation projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, site teams, and project managers to ensure safety, efficiency and on-schedule delivery.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of pallet racking systems, and the ability to read drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, warehouse racking, material handling, or industrial installation.
• Strong understanding of pallet racking and warehouse storage systems.
• Ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and project specifications.
• Excellent scheduling, coordination and time-management skills.
• Professional communication with clients, crews, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Proficient with email, project documentation and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse racking installation projects from start to completion.
• Review project drawings, layouts, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, crews, and site requirements.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Communicate with clients, project managers, installers, and other contractors.
• Identify and resolve project or site-related issues as they arise.
• Maintain project documentation, updates, and required records.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with safety requirements and project specifications.
