Job summary

Eaton’s Airdrie plant in Alberta is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Transaction Flow Specialist to support production scheduling and inventory management. The role focuses on cleaning pending transactions in Oracle and ensuring the MRP system properly relieves inventory, while aligning with production priorities across product groups.

You will collaborate with engineering, IT, and production teams to resolve discrepancies, analyze data trends, and continuously improve scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle systems and MRP processes.
• Experience in supporting scheduling and inventory management.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• No relocation provided – candidate must reside within 80km of the Airdrie, AB site.

Responsibilities

• Clean pending transactions in the Oracle system.
• Ensure the MRP system relieves inventory accurately.
• Identify root causes of lost parts and Oracle errors.
• Analyze BOM and discrete job variance; identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and inventory management to resolve discrepancies.
