TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for a hands-on role in the ICI construction sector in the GTA.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors and clients to keep multiple projects on schedule and well-documented. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of construction or project coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location: GTA / West GTA
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience
Type: Full-Time
Our client is a well-established ICI construction company specializing in technically complex projects across the GTA and surrounding areas. Their work includes science and technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom and other specialized environments.
They are looking for a Project Coordinator who is organized, motivated and eager to build a career in construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of construction experience who is looking to take the next step and grow within a strong project team.
This is a hands-on position working closely with Project Managers, Site Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
The successful candidate will support multiple projects and help keep project documentation, communication, scheduling and coordination moving forward.
Candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong attitude, aptitude and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
Projects typically range from $2M to $10M. The company also takes on larger projects ranging from $15M to $30M+, with projects occasionally reaching significantly higher values.
The work is focused on technically complex ICI environments, including science and technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratories, cleanrooms and specialized manufacturing facilities.
This is a project‑site‑based position.
Project Coordinators generally work from the project sites they support rather than being primarily office‑based. Depending on the projects assigned, you may be supporting two or three active projects and spending time at each site throughout the week.
This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys being close to the construction process and wants to learn by working directly with experienced Project Managers and site teams.
