Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor in the Property industry. Headquartered in Ottawa, this well-established company has a robust portfolio of projects and is renowned for its high-quality construction work.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of projects, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• An educational background in Construction Management or a related field.
• 5+ years ICI focused project management experience.
• Proven work experience in project management in ICI Construction.
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple small to mid-sized ICI projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (Procore is preferred).
