Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for staying organized across multiple files and fast-moving priorities? We’re looking for a highly capableProject Coordinatorto support our Project Managers in delivering large portfolios of construction projects with precision, consistency, and exceptional service.

This is not your typical site-based coordinator role. This position isoffice-basedand supportsmultiple Project Managershandling a wide variety of projects in different phases—from quoting to warranty. If you're someone who thrives in structured, process-heavy environments and excels at handling complex administrative workflows, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Keep projects on track by handling detailed coordination tasks like data entry, quote submissions, remake processing, service scheduling, and logistics communication.
  • Manage a high volume of files and correspondence, ensuring your inbox, project tracking tools, and communication channels are always up to date.
  • Provide proactive, professional support to both internal teams and external customers—responding promptly, asking the right questions, and closing loops efficiently.
  • Assist Project Managers in maintaining clarity and momentum across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Become an expert in our internal systems and processes, contributing to the accuracy and success of every project.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a project coordination, construction project coordination, or high-volume operations support role.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments simultaneously—ideally in construction, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar process-oriented industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams) and comfort learning new systems (e.g., CRMs, ERP platforms).
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines with exceptional accuracy and follow-through.
