Position Profile
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Aftermarket Transformation team at either the Calgary or Mississauga office. This role will be instrumental in supporting Aftermarket strategic business initiatives, establishing and implementing efficient cross-functional processes and projects. The Project Coordinator will serve as the central communication liaison for all Aftermarket teams, ensuring that all employees receive critical information, while also providing support for customer-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and/or lead Aftermarket business process improvements in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Administer the Aftermarket governance plans, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure compliance and fulfillment of requirements.
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive Aftermarket communication plans, including the preparation of presentations, meeting invitations, and communications.
- Coordinate leadership calendars, organize town hall meetings, and manage regular employee communication channels.
- Support people-related functions such as employee onboarding and administration of access to SharePoint and other internal platforms.
- Manage or support with cross-functional projects and activities, such as budget submissions and performance review processes.
- Monitor and track updates from leadership and project managers regarding project scope documents and master plan updates.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing business activities and team communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Skills
- Strong adaptability and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with transacting in an ERP system is considered an asset.
