We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team. Your role will involve ensuring the successful execution and management of multiple projects for a global brand.

You will serve as the central point of communication across all agency disciplines, managing schedules, budgets, and scopes of work to keep projects on track, on budget, and of high quality, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage multiple projects effectively within set timeframes and budgets.
  • Initiate projects, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and incorporate client feedback.
  • Create and maintain internal reports and communications.
  • Lead internal status meetings.
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams and the Account Director/Supervisor regarding project progress and budget tracking.
  • Identify and address project issues proactively.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and creative outputs, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Keep teams informed of any issues affecting client relationships or deliverables.
  • Coordinate resources to resolve issues and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an advertising agency, healthcare communication experience is advantageous.
  • Experience managing global accounts is a plus.
  • Strong project management and financial skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn more about the business.
  • Commitment to excellence and professional growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365; Wrike experience is a plus.
