Job summary

Community Living North Halton is seeking a Program Lead – Full Time to oversee Coordinated Supports and guide staff in delivering high-quality supports to individuals. The position requires a related degree or diploma and at least five years of supervisory experience, with strong ethics, communication, and organizational skills.

• Five years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orient, coach and provide leadership to staff teams and mentoring groups to deliver supports.
• Facilitate staff meetings and planning for individuals.
• Act as liaison to families and community partners and participate in program development.
• Provide on-site supervision and modelling to maintain program integrity, implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate with management for participation in agency activities.
