Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to:** * Define and execute the strategic data management roadmap;* Oversee multiple data-related projects and initiatives simultaneously;* Ensure alignment between business, engineering, IT and external partners;* Prioritize, manage budgets, timelines and program risks;* Develop and implement an organization-wide data governance framework;* Define roles, responsibilities, standards and data management processes;* To ensure compliance with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements;* Establish performance indicators and data quality monitoring mechanisms;* Oversee the management of the full data lifecycle;* Ensure consistency and integrity of data from multiple systems;* Promote standardization of enterprise data models and repositories;* Support initiatives to value and exploit data;* Identify opportunities to optimize data management processes;* Drive initiatives to modernize data platforms and tools;* Support the adoption of best practices in data management;* Support teams in change management;* Present program progress to executives and governance committees;* Ensure proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders;* Coordinate vendors, partners, and multidisciplinary teams involved in initiatives. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information management or a related discipline;* Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing complex programs or projects;* Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in governance or data management initiatives;* Experience in complex technological, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace or defense environments;* Master the principles of governance, quality, security and data management;* Demonstrate experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors;* Possess a strong ability to influence and mobilize executive-level stakeholders;* Experience in the space, aerospace, defense or high-tech sector (an asset);* Knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES, PDM environments or engineering systems (an asset);* Possess PMP, PgMP, CDMP, DAMA certification or equivalent (an asset);* Experience with cloud environments and modern analytics platforms (an asset);* Demonstrate strategic leadership;* Demonstrate a corporate vision;* Master the management of complex programs;* Possess risk management skills;* Communicate effectively with executive bodies;* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;* Be result-oriented;* Supporting organizational change;* Demonstrate a strong ability to influence.Apply
