Job summary

CoFoMo Inc. in Montreal seeks a CI/CD and AI Platform Administrator to design, optimize and secure CI/CD pipelines across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will integrate AI capabilities into pipelines, enforce DevSecOps standards, and partner with development squads to boost delivery speed and quality. You'll work in a hybrid Montreal setting, leveraging Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform, applying automation and governance to reduce costs and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Have relevant training and experience in DevOps and CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and cloud environments (Azure).
• Experience in a Linux environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI applied to software development (Copilot or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Good understanding of DevSecOps practices and application security.
• Ability to evolve in an Agile and collaborative environment.
• Analytical skills, autonomy, initiative and customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards related to AI and DevSecOps.
• Design, operate and optimize CI/CD environments (cloud and self-hosted runners).

• Contribute to operational excellence and technology evolution initiatives.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of tools, services and delivery processes.
