CW Impact Commercial Cleaning in Calgary, AB is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base. This in-office role offers 35 hours per week with competitive hourly pay plus commission, and the chance to close deals with local businesses.

You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and present compelling quotes while working closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and growth for our national company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales or facility services is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting new businesses.
• Able to present proposals and close deals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must work in the Calgary office in person.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule
