CW Impact Commercial Cleaning in Calgary, AB is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our commercial client base. This in-office role offers 35 hours per week with competitive hourly pay plus commission, and the chance to close deals with local businesses.

You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and present compelling quotes while working closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and growth for our national company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or account management preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales or facility services is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting new businesses.
• Able to present proposals and close deals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Must work in the Calgary office in person.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and outreach to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing commercial clients.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and on-site visits to assess cleaning requirements.
• Prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and service bids.
• Negotiate service agreements and close sales to secure new commercial cleaning contracts.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations and service requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
