Job summary

TG Minto Corporation is a proud division of Toyoda Gosei, supplying injection molded parts for Toyota and Honda. Production Team Members support the delivery of high-quality parts in a Just-in-time environment, with opportunities for growth into an exciting automotive career.

Starting wage is $21.63/hr with overtime after 40 hours, with shift premiums. Benefits start Day 1, and a comprehensive bonus program is offered. Evening and night shifts may occur to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or successful completion of an aptitude test.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Company provides a Clean, Organized and Climate Controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Building skids, utilising Kanban and scanning systems.
• Loading returnables and Sorting returnables.
• All duties to be performed within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of quality policy and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $21.63/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
