Job summary

TG Minto Palmerston is seeking Production Team Members for Night shift paint operations. The role is full-time, on-site in Palmerston, ON with a starting wage of CAD 20.55 per hour and overtime after 40 hours.

You will work in a clean, climate-controlled plant, supporting Just-in-time production of automotive parts. Benefits start day one, including health coverage, uniforms, boot allowances, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or completion of an aptitude test.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
