TG Minto Corporation, a division of Toyoda Gosei, seeks Production Team Members for the Palmerston, ON plant. This role supports production and delivery of high quality parts in a just-in-time environment, with exciting growth opportunities within the automotive sector.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (aptitude test acceptable). Starting wages are $21.63/hr, with overtime after 40 hours, and shift premiums for Afternoon/Night shifts.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $21.63/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems
• Loading returnables and Sorting returnables
• All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test
