TG Minto Corporation is hiring Production Team Members for the Paint Assembly P6 Afternoon shift in Palmerston, Ontario. You will support the production of high-quality parts in a Just-in-time environment, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Starting wages are $20.55/hr with paid overtime after 40 hours per week, shift premiums for Afternoon/Night shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, uniforms, boot allowances, and employee programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or completion of an aptitude test.

Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
