Job summary

TG Minto Corporation, a proud division of Toyoda Gosei, is seeking Production Team Members to support Just-in-time manufacturing in Palmerston, Ontario. Roles include building skids, handling returnables, operating lift trucks, and upholding 5S and safety standards.

Replacement position offering a clear path for growth within a team-focused automotive environment. Starting wage is $21.63/hr with paid overtime and shift premiums.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building skids, utilising kanban and scanning systems.
• Loading returnables and sorting returnables.
• Operate material handling equipment - lift truck etc.
• Maintain excellent 5S condition.
• All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $21.63/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or— successful completion of an aptitude test.
