TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston, ON is hiring Production Team Members to support Just-in-Time manufacturing of automotive interior/exterior parts for Toyota and Honda.

You will contribute to safe, efficient production, document outputs, and maintain quality while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package and shift premiums. This is a Full-Time, On-site role with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or successful completion of an aptitude test.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
