TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston (Ontario) is seeking Production Team Members for Area 1 Assembly on days. This full-time, on-site role starts at CAD 20.55 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and shift premiums where applicable.

You will maintain a safe, clean production area, produce quality parts in a Just-in-time environment, document daily production and support the company quality policy. This position offers growth opportunities within automotive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform physical requirements.
• On-site, full-time production role in Palmerston, ON.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements:
