Job summary

TG Minto Corporation in Palmerston, ON is seeking a Production Team Member for the Honda 2TN line (Afternoon). The role requires producing quality parts in a just-in-time environment, meeting hourly quotas and documenting daily production.

Starting pay is CAD 20.55 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, shift premiums on afternoons and nights, and a comprehensive benefits program starting Day 1. This on-site position offers stability within a Tier1 automotive supplier.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)
